"Not only did they send me a birthday card on my birthday, but they also saved me over $200 on my policy switching from another company. Everyone I have spoken with from this branch has been cordial and professional and prompt. The App is great as well. My most recent dealing with Elaine was great. I always tell people how happy I am that they reached out to me and I was able to switch to State Farm."

"Been a State Farm customer for years, moved to FL about 3.5 years ago and decided to go with this State Farm agency and I must say they are lacking in a few areas. They don’t really respond or address things in a timely manner and when I was walking downtown the other week, I had a question and decided to stop by. They never acknowledged me and my husband just had the receptionist say no we don’t offer business insurance. A quick speak or acknowledgment would have been appreciated but again I have just accepted that they are lacking. To clarify the location was the correct location because Karen Bryan is displayed on the building. However, I know that people will do what they have to do to try and save face when they have not met customer needs or doesn’t really acknowledge customers. Also the fact that your response was so dull and you misspelled my name."
